22 YEARS OF HONOR
Riding in Freedom for Those Who Can't

"Honoring All American Warriors"

Additional photos by RFTW-SR riders
and supporters.

Many riders have taken outstanding photos to include on the webpages this year, but some of the pages were already at maximum length. To help with this, we added this page for photos sent in by riders and friends. Dates are (must be) included with the photos.
From Lynne Fouraker
From Raven's Facebook pages
From Mission:M25 Facebook pages (Gary Burd's photos) (added 6/3)
From Rick "Spook" Hayden (added 6/6)

Left, Lynne Fouraker sent a photo from Day Three, 5/21, of Edwin and Win. From Day Four, 5/22, is the photo of Joe "Firefly" Cappel trying to cool off at the Colorado City fueling stop.

Below, also from Day Four, 5/22, are Jean and Pooh at the gas station. Below, right, Edwin with dubious headgear on Day Eight, 5/27. Lynne's question was, "Would you buy gas from this man?!"

Below are photos from Raven and Sapper's Facebook pages which I couldn't resist adding. The first ones are from Day 4, 5/23:

Above, beautiful graphics on bikes and cars always attract lots of attention. Above, right, hooray forTerrell veterans who are raising money for a memorial. Below, Terrell's community support.

Note the salutes above, left; non-veterans usually place their hands on their hearts. The sign above the Longview lunch entrance reads, "Through these doors pass the greatest people on earth our VETERANS." We noticed that the first year we ate there! Awesome! Below, lunch at Longview.

The following photos were taken on Day Six, 5/24, mostly in Jackson:

Eating in the presence of so many honored veterans and guests is awe-inspiring. Above, right, is Sapper...Raven's "other half."

Above looks like an exchange of coins...a popular thing to do on the Run.

There are SO MANY WORKERS BEHIND THE SCENES...we cannot thank you enough! Please know how grateful and appreciative we are. Below, right, a precious WWII nurse.

Below may be the BEST photo of Ms. Ruby which we've ever seen...congratulations, Raven! GREAT to see her looking to good!

Below, supporters put out a great feast in Meridian, and it was so very much appreciated!

The following are among Raven's photos from Day Seven, 5/25. The efficient fueling is always so amazing! Great crew!!

The following photos were lifted with permission from the Mission: M25 Facebook page. The actual caption on this group of photos on Facebook reads "IPHC Ministries's Photos - Run For The Wall 2010." "Mission: M25 Ministry of Hope serving RFTW" was on signs posted on their vehicles accompanying RFTW-SR this year. What a blessing for the riders! The first photo is of the 2010 M25 Team.

Below is the poster (located on the back of the hydration trailer) of churches sponsoring
Mission: M25.

Above, "Royal Rangers National Commander David Moore and the M25 Jeep pull the Freedom Bike." The father below has recently lost his soldier-son in Afghanistan. Below, right, is the hydration trailer.

Above, left, the Hydration Team at work. Above, right, M25 set up a "Free Food" tent. Below, left, "The M25 team at their campground in DC." Below, right, "Mission:M25 and RFTW riders teamed up to give "thank you" cards to veterans. In this photo, a veteran opens his handmade card while an RFTW rider talks to him."

Above, a morning riders' meeting. Above, right, lunch at the Tuscaloosa VA. Below, riders wait in the Pentagon parking lot for Rolling Thunder to begin. The last photo is the ride from the Pentagon parking lot to The Wall.

Received from Rick "Spook" Hayden on 6/6/10 - "For 20 years Ghost and I have been vying to see which one of us could get the other to ride B... Ghost had a mishap in the parking lot in Knoxville and had to get to the shop in Wytheville to pick up his scoot. Naturally, I volunteered to give him a ride. He accepted, albeit reluctantly. [Below] are the photos that I got a friendly by-stander to snap with my camera."
